Your account: the email address you sign up with, the display name you choose, and — if you set one — a password, which we keep only as a scrypt hash. We never store a password in readable form.

What you create: the prompts, lyrics and settings you send to the studio, and the tracks, covers and stems produced from them. They stay in your library until you delete them.

Billing, if you subscribe: our payment provider handles the card. We never see or store card numbers. We keep the customer and subscription identifiers it gives back, your plan, and its renewal date.

Sign-in codes: the six-digit codes we email you, kept ten minutes and deleted as soon as they are used.

Reports: if you report a published track, we keep the reason, the date, and a one-way fingerprint of the reporter. We do not keep the raw IP address.

We run no advertising trackers.

To run your account and deliver what the app is for — performance of our contract with you.

To take payment and keep the books Belgian law requires — legal obligation.

To keep the service usable: rate limits, abuse handling, moderation of what is published to the gallery — our legitimate interest in a service that is not overrun.

To send you product news — only if you explicitly asked for it. That is consent, and every such email carries a one-click unsubscribe.

A payment provider, for subscriptions and invoices.

An email provider, for sign-in codes and service messages.

A technical provider for music generation, located outside the European Union, which receives the prompt and the settings a track needs. It receives no name, no email address and no payment data.

Our host, whose servers are in Germany.

Nobody else. We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not share it for advertising.

Your account and your library are hosted in Germany, inside the European Union.

The generation provider named above by its role sits outside the EU. What reaches it is limited to what producing a track requires, and the transfer rests on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.

Your account and your library: for as long as the account exists. Delete the account and they go with it.

Sign-in codes: ten minutes.

Invoices and accounting records: seven years, because Belgian law says so.

Reports: while the report is open, then for the time needed to recognise a repeat.

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and take it elsewhere in a machine-readable format.

You can delete your account yourself at any time, from Profile › Account › Delete account. It erases your account, your library and its audio files, removes what you published to the gallery, and cancels any subscription at once.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority — autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.

We set what the site needs to work: your session, your language, your theme, and a copy of your library kept on the device so it opens without waiting.

Anything beyond the strictly necessary is asked for in the cookie banner, and you can change your answer at any time from the link in the footer.

The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. When the change matters to you, we say so in the app rather than letting you discover it here.
