Terms of use

RumbaMi lets you describe a song and have an original track generated in that style, keep your tracks in a private library, and, if you choose, publish some of them to a public gallery.

The music is generated by artificial intelligence. Results vary, and the same description can give different tracks.

You need an account to create tracks. You confirm your email address with a code we send to it, and you keep your password to yourself.

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough in your country to accept these terms on your own or with a parent's consent.

You can delete your account at any time from My profile › Account › Delete account, or from Settings.

You may not create, upload, publish or share anything that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, that involves or targets minors, that promotes illegal activity, or that infringes someone else's rights.

You may not abuse other users: no harassment, impersonation, spam, or attempts to get around a block.

There is no tolerance for either. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and the account that posted it is suspended or closed, without notice.

Nothing you create is public unless you publish it to the gallery yourself. You can remove it at any time.

Titles and names are checked for objectionable terms before a track can be published.

Every published track has a Report button, and every signed-in user can block a creator: their tracks disappear from your view at once, and we are notified.

We review every report and block within 24 hours. When the content breaks these terms, we remove it and eject the user who posted it.

When you upload audio to remix, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it. We do not claim any right over it beyond what is needed to process your request.

Within the limits of your plan, you may use the tracks you generate, including commercially when your plan says so. You remain responsible for how you use them.

A free plan is available to everyone. Paid plans are sold and used on our website only. In the app, every account uses the free plan.

You can stop using RumbaMi and delete your account whenever you want. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, ARKANCIA is not liable for indirect damage, or for how you use the tracks you generate.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
