Terms of use

RumbaMi lets you describe a song and have an original track generated in that style, keep your tracks in a library, and publish them to a public gallery (on the free plan, they go there after 24 hours).

The music is generated by artificial intelligence. Results vary, and the same description can give different tracks.

You need an account to create tracks. You confirm your email address with a code we send to it, and you keep your password to yourself.

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough in your country to accept these terms on your own or with a parent's consent.

You can delete your account at any time from My profile › Account › Delete account, or from Settings.

You may not create, upload, publish or share anything that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, that involves or targets minors, that promotes illegal activity, or that infringes someone else's rights.

You may not abuse other users: no harassment, impersonation, spam, or attempts to get around a block.

There is no tolerance for either. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and the account that posted it is suspended or closed, without notice.

On a paid plan, nothing you create is public unless you publish it to the gallery yourself. On the free plan, each track made on the website goes into the public gallery 24 hours after it is created, under your artist name; you are told so in the studio, on the track and by email, and moving to a paid plan before then keeps it private. Either way, you can remove a track from the gallery at any time.

Titles and names are checked for objectionable terms before a track can be published.

Every published track has a Report button, and every signed-in user can block a creator: their tracks disappear from your view at once, and we are notified.

We review every report and block within 24 hours. When the content breaks these terms, we remove it and eject the user who posted it.

When you upload audio to remix, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it. We do not claim any right over it beyond what is needed to process your request.

Within the limits of your plan, you may use the tracks you generate, including commercially when your plan says so. You remain responsible for how you use them.

A free plan is available to everyone. Paid plans are sold and used on our website only. In the app, every account uses the free plan.

Paid plans, their prices and what they include are shown on the plans page at the time of purchase.

Subscription. It is billed monthly or yearly, according to the plan you choose, and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from your account: it stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. Deleting the app or no longer using it does not cancel the subscription.

Pack. It is paid once and never charged again. What it includes and how long it remains valid are shown before purchase. Anything unused at the end of that period is lost.

14-day guarantee. If the service does not suit you, write to contact@rumbami.com within 14 days of the first payment of your subscription and we will refund that payment. This guarantee applies once per person. It does not cover renewals or packs.

Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw, without giving a reason, by writing to contact@rumbami.com. If you ask to use the service before that period ends, you agree to this at payment. You then lose this right for what has been fully provided, and may have to pay for what has already been provided, within the limits set by law.

Complaints. For a payment question, a refund or a charge you do not recognise, write to contact@rumbami.com. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

You can stop using RumbaMi and delete your account whenever you want. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, ARKANCIA is not liable for indirect damage, or for how you use the tracks you generate.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
